Download Kodi (formerly known as XBMC) to your Amazon Kindle Fire or Fire Tablet. This tutorial will also work for the Amazon Fire Phone.

Since Kodi is not available in the Amazon App Store, you will need to sideload it to your Amazon tablet or phone.

How-to Download Kodi to Amazon Kindle Fire, Fire Tablet, or Fire Phone

1. Go to Settings > Applications and turn on Apps from Unknown Sources.

2. Open Silk Browser and download the latest Kodi (ARM) .APK file here.

If you are using a Fire Phone or Kindle Fire tablet running Fire OS 4.6.6.1 or lower, you will need to download Kodi 16.1.

3. Open the file and hit Install.
